Act with Confidence: In our acting workshops, children will learn the secrets of character development, stage presence, and the art of storytelling. We believe that every child possesses a unique flair, and our instructors will nurture and polish their talents, unlocking their potential to shine!
SINGING

Sing with Soul: Our singing workshops will be a harmonious blend of vocal training and performance techniques, learning your favourite songs from movie musicals. From honing pitch-perfect melodies to conveying emotions through music, our teachers will guide your kids towards discovering the power of their voices and expressing themselves through song!
Dance
All Ages
The world of showbiz is incomplete without mesmerising dance moves! Our dance workshops will feature an array routines, from toe-tapping jazz to fun choreography inspired by timeless classics. Whether your child is a twinkle-toed dancer or is a complete beginner, our teacher will ensure they find their inner performer!
PERFORm
All Ages
Children aged 3-7 will perform a short recital to friends and family in our studios. Ages 8+ will perform in our theatre on the final day!

Our workshop instructors are none other than cast members from iconic productions like Chicago, The Wiz, Britain’s Got Talent and the box office record breaking Barbie movie! Our experienced teachers also have Master’s Degrees in Theatre and Education, teach at the top professional drama schools and have years of teaching experience. Your children will learn from the very best in the business, gaining invaluable insights from seasoned professionals in a warm, nurturing and supportive environment that prioritises building confidence and leading with kindness.

Our experienced teachers are industry leaders in the arts and education and WestWay was created by a professional warm and friendly team with West End credits, degrees and qualifications in Education and years of teaching experience. We provide accessible, industry-leading training in small classes and ensure a fun environment, an energetic environment and a supportive environment where your child will flourish. Our weekly classes and holiday camps requires a lot of physical activity with a wide range of fun projects, skills and activities based in the world of musical theatre. Your child will build confidence, social skills and communication skills and we always lead with kindness at one of the UK’s top musical theatre schools for children. We will refund your deposit once you have attended the course. You will receive an instant refund confirmation of the refund and the funds will be returned to your bank account within 5 days.
THE WORKSHOP
What do we need to wear for the classes?
We ask that our WestWayers wear all black for our classes but there is no prescriptive uniform as we want everyone to feel comfortable in what they are wearing. We do have some branded WestWay clothing which you can buy once you have signed-up, but this is not mandatory. We will be dancing so you will need to wear clothes you can move in. Trainers are fine but if you have jazz, character shoes or ballet pumps then even better!
What do I need to bring to the class?
Lunch is not provided so please bring enough food and water to last the day! No nuts please.
Do I need to practise outside of the classes?
Practising is always a great idea to improve and develop your talent further. Plus we will be putting on performances and if you would like to take part you will need to learn the songs and dance routines, which might take a bit of practice. As we have small class sizes, we can adapt to the needs of the individual easily so let us know if there are any issues.
How many children are in the classes?
We pride ourselves on having small classes to give your child the attention they deserve, so we never have more than 18 children per class. And we do this without a premium price tag!
Where are the classes held?
We are in state of the art performance facilities in South-West London. This course is in the studios at Thames Christian School, Clapham Junction, SW11 2FR.
What age can my child join?
These workshops are open to children ages 3+
