We hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of our small, independent performing arts school. Your trust in us to nurture and develop your children's talents means the world to our team.

As you know, we haven’t increased our prices since the pandemic. During that time, we've done everything possible to absorb rising costs so that we wouldn’t need to pass them onto you. However, to continue providing the exceptional experience you’ve come to expect—small class sizes, top-tier facilities, and our world-class teaching team—we now find it necessary to make adjustments to our rates.

That said, we want to take care of our loyal families. If you book the next term 5 weeks in advance, your current rate will remain frozen,so you won’t be affected by the upcoming price change and by new sign-up fees. This helps us plan and allocate our studios and staff effectively, ensuring we continue to deliver the best for your child. 5 weeks notice is already common practice with other dance schools.

For bookings made less than 5 weeks before the start of term, a sign-up and the new prices will apply. We encourage early bookings to avoid this fee and help us keep everything running smoothly!

The sign-up fee: 45mins Class = £10 | 1.5 Hour Class = £30 | 2 Hour Class = £30 | 3 Hour Class = £55.

Deposit

Book your place with a deposit. The remaining fees will be due 1 week before the term begins.

The remaining term fees will be due by 11:59pm on 4th January. You will be required to pay via bank transfer. If payment is late, a sign-up fee will apply, and you'll need to pay the updated fees.

We are using Klarna! You can pay in 3 instalments or pay at a later date.

To be eligible for paying with Klarna, you'll need to have completed a full term with WestWay and made all payments on time. Since many of our costs are paid upfront, this option is offered at our discretion and is available in limited numbers. By choosing this option, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that you're committing to a full term. The full fee will be required, regardless of how many classes your child attends.

Please contact us to arrange this as soon as possible. You will be sent an individual payment link.

20% off the full term fees for each child from the same household taking the same type of class i.e both taking musical theatre classes.
