**WestWay School of Performing Arts - Limited Time Offer Terms and Conditions**

1. **Offer Description**: New students are eligible to receive a 50% discount on their first term fees at WestWay School of Performing Arts if they book their place through a 2-week trial, by placing a deposit, or by paying the full fees before 21st July 2024, 11:59 PM.

2. **Eligibility**:

- This offer is valid only for new students who have not previously enrolled in any course at WestWay School of Performing Arts.

- The offer is applicable only to the SW11 and SW4 branches of WestWay School of Performing Arts.

- The discount is applicable for the first term only.

3. **Booking and Payment**:

- To avail of the discount, students must either enroll for a 2-week trial, pay a deposit, or settle the full term fees before the deadline of 21st July 2024, 11:59 PM.

- The 50% discount will be applied to the total term fees or any remaining fees due.

- The 50% discount is not applicable to the 2-week trial fee. If the student decides to continue after the trial, the discount will be applied to the total term fees, and the trial fee will then be deducted.

4. **Trial Period**:

- During the 2-week trial, students are subject to all standard terms and conditions applicable to trial students.

- If the student decides to continue after the trial, an invoice will be sent to the parent/guardian reflecting the discounted term fee minus the trial fee.

5. **Discount Conditions**:

- The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

- The offer is limited to a specific number of places and is subject to availability.

- WestWay School of Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse bookings without providing a reason.

6. **Non-Transferable**:

- The discount is non-transferable and can only be applied to the student who initially enrolled under this offer.

- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

7. **Cancellation and Refunds**:

- Standard cancellation and refund policies of WestWay School of Performing Arts apply.

- In the event of cancellation by the student, the discount will become void, and any refund will be calculated based on the full term fee without the 50% discount.
